A. Each Singing Birthday Card is made to order, and because our artists record each song and print each card only after the order has been received, it is impossible for us to provide the sender with a fully personalized preview of the song or the card. But rest assured, because each Singing Birthday Card song is personalized and recorded with the greatest care, in high quality stereo. Your recipient's name will be sung clearly, and each card will be printed with your exact message inside.

A. Sure you can, just ask. There is no option for delivery date on any of our Singing Birthday Card order forms, so just reply immediately when you get your confirmation email (after placing your order), and tell us when you would like it delivered. We will put it on our calendar to deliver on or before the date you specify. Mailed Singing Birthday Cards can not be delivered sooner than 2-3 days from the time you order, and Singing Birthday E-Cards take up to 24 hours to deliver (often much less). Made at Home cards are also delivered in 24 hours, but those are sent to you, so you have the option of delivering them when you are ready. You may also consider having mailed Cards send to you, for delivery at a later time in person.

A. No. Your recipient's Mailed Singing Birthday Card song will be in CD quality stereo. Both our Singing Birthday E-Cards and our Made at Home cards include a high-quality mp3 download that is virtually indistinguishable from CD quality audio.

A. Most internet browsers and operating systems will handle our Singing Birthday E-Cards with no problem, as long as Flash Player 9 or later is installed. If you're not sure what version of Flash your browser has installed, download the lastest version. To download and create our Made at Home cards, you will need: an internet connection, software and hardware capable of viewing and printing .pdf files, software and hardware capable of playing and/or burning CD's, a cutting tool (X-acto® or similar), a straight edged cutting guide, and a safe cutting surface. A. Because every Singing Birthday Card CD is different, and made to order, we have to use CD burning technology to create them. This differs from the process used to create mass produced CD's, and therefore burned CD's are sometimes read differently by some CD players, causing the player to not recognize and not play the CD. Most CD players will play our Singing Birthday Card CD's with no problem, so will most computers with CD-ROM drives. If your recipient has trouble listening to their Singing Birthday Card CD in one CD player, they will likely have success playing it in a different CD player.

A. You certainly can. On the order form page, you have the option of adding your name to the "c/o" field, and your address in place of your recipent's address. This will allow you to have the Singing Birthday Card mailed directly to you so that you can give it to your recipient personally. This is also a great way to stock up on Singing Birthday Cards for later in the year, and deliver them yourself when the time is right.

A. We fill every order as quickly as possible, and ship them via Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) within 24 hous of payment. However, we can not guarantee a delivery date. In order for your recipient to receive their Singing Birthday Card in time for their birthday, we suggest that you place your order 3-4 days in advance. If you desire to send a Singing Birthday Card, but feel it won't arrive in time, you may choose to add a 'belated' apology to your personalized message.

A. Our Personalized Mailed Singing Birthday Cards are shipped via Priority Mail within the United States only. However, because our Singing Birthday E-Cards, and Made at Home cards are delivered electronically to any email address in the world, they are an ideal international alternative to our Mailed Singing Birthday Cards. We are happy to ship to A.P.O addresses.

A. All Singing Birthday Cards are considered rush orders, and are guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours (usually much less). There is no premium price for our quick-turn service, it's just how we do business. Our Mailed Singing Birthday Cards are all shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive 2-3 days after completion.

A. Unfortunately, No. Each Singing Birthday Card song was written to allow personalization for one name. We feel that stretching these songs to allow for two or more names would not be practical or pleasing to listen to. When ordering, please give only the first name of your recipient.
